Frequently asked questions
- Is residential pickup really free?
- Yes. Home electronics pickup is free across our service area. We make our money on the commercial side and on resale value from working gear — not by charging households to recycle.
- What happens to my data?
- For business clients, drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 standards for resale, or physically destroyed through our certified destruction partner, with a Certificate of Destruction for every drive. For households, we recommend wiping devices if you can — and anything we handle stays in a documented chain of custody.
- Do you buy electronics?
- We don't run a mail-in buyer program. For businesses, working equipment that still has resale value is refurbished and resold, and we share that return with you as part of the service.
- What if it doesn't turn on?
- That's fine — dead is fine. Broken, ancient, water-damaged, no power cord: we take it either way. Working or not, it shouldn't go in the trash.
- Do you serve my area?
- We serve Pensacola & Escambia County, Florida. If you're near the edge of that and not sure, just ask — call or text (850) 565-1092 and we'll tell you straight.
